About the business: In 2001 Jacobs opened the Samovar Tea Lounge in San Francisco. With a zen-like look and feel including natural bamboo and intimate seating, it was so successful he opened Samovar Tea Lounges in two other San Francisco neighborhoods. Recent sales $3 million.
