Why Didn't I Think of That?

The Stories
Heart Attack Grill

Founded: 2006
Heart Attack Grill
What they do: Serve delicious, fat-filled, unhealthy (yet dangerously-tasty) food for people who want to over-indulge.
Inspiration: When Jon Basso operated a chain of personal fitness studios, his clients always talked about "diet cheat days," when they ate unhealthy foods.
About the business: The Heart Attack Grill has no diet soda, no lettuce -- no healthy alternatives of any kind. Its menu even includes a monstrous 8,000 calorie “Quadruple Bypass Burger.” Publicity brings in the customers and international expansion plans are in the making.
Axiom(s) exemplified: Think unique. Intentionally go against the grain.
