About the business: The company sells giant, chocolate-dipped fortune cookies with personalized messages inside, such as "Marry Me Delores," "Happy Birthday Jason," etc. In 2001 Belasco Straitman also launched Corporate Candy Works, which sells personalized color candies to the ad specialty market.
